Welcome

Bethell Hospice (formerly Hospice Caledon) has a 20 year history of providing community based compassionate care and support to people diagnosed with a life-challenging illness. We believe that Hospice care is as much about living, as it is about dying. Living with dignity and the best possible quality of life are the foundations of our care.

The goal of our team of skilled professional staff and over 200 trained volunteers is to be sensitive and responsive to the unique needs of each individual and his or her family and friends.

Our residential hospice, Bethell House is a warm and caring alternative to a hospital when care at home is no longer practical. Our health care professionals and volunteers work together to provide care and a secure environment so that    families are free to make those last moments the most meaningful.

The opening of Bethell house  marked a new phase in our history allowing us to provide a full spectrum of hospice services. To celebrate both our new role and our Caledon roots we have changed our name, logo and colours. We hope that you like them.
